Id agree, but I'd also suggest most of that isn't too different from official and "dumb" stats either.
The jump to interpretation ie shots attempt to possession is where is gets a little trickier, but even then we have lots of other questionable interpreted "old" stats like hits, giveaways and even penalties - which we know are inconsistent
