He plays as a filler player when guys are hurt. What do you expect? I mean christ, he is doing what should be expected of anyone in that position.

Sure, he's an extra forward and I don't expect a lot out of him, just like not expecting that he would have been able to pot those goals like Byron did.

I'm actually not sure what you're arguing here.

Byron has been the one scoring though, being set up from Sven.

Trust me I'm with you, Jooris in and Seto out is a massive upgrade. His presence is a huge positive on the chemistry that line is having and I completely acknowledge that. But f were talking exclusively about the 3 plays Sven has assisted on Byrons goals, I don't think Jooris being in at Center on those specific plays would of changed the outcome much.

They highlighted Jooris's contribution during the intermission. Wins the puck close to the boards but doesn't just get it out - gets his head up and passes it to Baertschi.

It's very debatable whether Byron would have done the same thing Jooris did. It's incredibly unlikely Setoguchi would have done the same thing Byron did as a winger, since he's obviously not as fast.

I am just tired of Seto getting put down and **** on for no reason. It's embarrassing that our "fans" treat our players this way. It makes me ashamed to be a Flames fan.

Well I've said before I'd love nothing more than for Setoguchi to pot 20 goals and turn his career around here. that said, when giving an analysis of the team and lines and things like that I try to just give my honest take. I think part of the problem is people expected him to be a scoring forward and he quite clearly isn't anymore.
