7800xt is between the 4060ti and 4070. I’d go with sapphire if you buy AMD XFX and power colour are not bad brands either. Sapphire is what evga was to Nvidia.

Also the 7800xt is a better buy with 16gigs of ram compared to 12 on the Nvidia.

Today is our last full day with Sophie as we have a vet visiting us tomorrow at home to put her to sleep. She's had some health issues since September but they only confirmed last Friday that it's liver cancer. She's only just over 5 pounds, has little strength, little appetite, and has issues with using the litterbox.

This really sucks but it's time. Love you Sophie!

Formula 1 in Vegas is just pathetic. The amount of fake ass selfie taking at an awful track. Way to ruin this for the rest of us F1 fans with this trash. None of the drivers want to be there outside of Hamilton who just likes to whore himself to celebs anyway.

Finally wrapped up dungeon shadowheart... that whole of shar business always seemed a bit 'goofy' if you ask me... forget your past and live in darkness and misery, oh but don't remember the misery just accept it and be happy... get out of here...
I have an 'exceptional relationship' with all my party, so I tried to sway shadowheart from doing her goofy suffer because I'm told I have to quest line prophecy (just as ly'zel and her god) and I told lae'zel then and shadowheart now ... 'WAKE UP!'... live for yourself for once...

So boy oh boy did that unleash a happy moment for the unfortunately short-end-of-the-stick Selunites.
But I will say, outside of laughing on the inside about shadowheart and her fear of retribution against her for snubbing shar, heh heh heh --- it was a wild cut scene and I gotta say, pretty bad arse as well... for the good guys I think (not too many good guys in this game world =] )

I watched a f1 bahrain run at some wild hotel / track... I think it was there... or one of the rich oil places. It was beautiful.

I may scoop that up... I prefer that it is more for gaming that anything... I mean... I use apps... I tinker in multi-app madness, especially when football seasons is on and I have 5 matches in 5 windows and all sorts of chaos and a hockey game in the other etc... even though I game less, it _IS_ technically for gaming / surfing / design if you want *it is a dang computer after all* streaming / storage.... that is the point of a pc... for all that... so as long as it is decent other than gaming, I'm down. Besides, I'll go AM5 socket so I can always upgrade in 5 or so years... and I like the AM5 memory requirements - ddr5 5200 and I look at intel and I say ddr4 3600 or something (obviously they have ddr5 chips and boards, but man are they expensive.

BUT IN NO WAY will I go amd gpu...
I just can NOT. No. No. noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo NO No no no no no.
I can not do it after my amd experience. I truly and honestly can not spend 700$ and have it come with a problem *that is what happens when 1000$ pc gear comes out rushed cheap or mistake from partner brands.... I just can't risk it. Even though the X-fire back then wasn't really needed, that was probably the reason for melting (and I have a cooler master gigantic air flow fan box) the coil whine was enough to make grand mum cry... rambling.
But that looks the path. 470ti or 460ti.

I think youd be nuts not to scoop up a 7800xt for that price. End of the day its your computer and you have to be happy with it though.

I didn't do it the same way, but I also got the good guy result of that event. I had been inspiring her to be herself and fight for what she actually wants somewhere along the way before that. Not sure how that normally goes but it was some crossover with the Dark Urge storyline for my own guy fighting the evil urges.

Looking at reviews of star field... man bethesda has stunk since fallout 3... and I'll even reach and give them oblivion, even though the main quest is closing portals and there are about 14 or so of the same exact stupid things. Bethesda peaked with Morrowind and Bloodmoon xpak fallout 3 was post peak, and straight to decline now in everything.
Even after Witcher 3 handed bethesda their hairy arse in open world questing and world design... they still can't make an interesting game even knowing gamers tastes are changing...

Also watched 'IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT' spousey luvs sidney poitier. Great film. Depressing, but great.
THEN we watched 'THE KING OF THE NORTH (POLE)' night last, lee marvin is good and borgnine is good with his crazy eyes. Some pretty amazing stunt shots in that for '1968 or whatever that was. Really good (not great) film. "A1 is coming for ya shack!" Makes modern films all the more loathsome if I see any kind of green screen. It's gotta be some kind of wild film for me to watch green screen --- ie, not many exist.

OH... speaking of green screen... and at that... high fantasy adaptions to film...
I see CREATION OF THE GODS: KINGDOM OF STORMS looks to be nothing but the green monster, but it looks brain meltingly action packed 2h40m ish and I was wondering... since it is chinese... has anyone seen it here?

I've been watching all the episodes. I'm enjoying it. I do wish it was more about Frasier doing his thing but with an adult son and his last chapter of life, it works.
