She wouldn't divulge, but I know it isn't cannabis. I'm suspecting prescription narcotics by how she was spouting off about things.

I try.

In a relationship, should just matter if you're comfortable. Seems like you weren't, and good that you were able to be move on.

I have a relatable Beiber song in here somewhere that i'm sure will help...

I hold nasty grudges.

For all my sarcastic and cynical pessimism, I do believe people can change so I try not to hold grudges. I know it looks ugly right now but maybe there is a way you can help this girl.

I'm the same way though I'm way too believing in people. I still try to find the best in others even when it's extremely obvious that they're ****** people that don't care for anybody but themselves.

Hopefully this all works out for you, TCRF.

And also, miss you Bobby <3 Don't frequent this thread as much so our encounters are extremely few and far between.

We need to revive this thread. Good stuff can be seen. I'm all for the community building!

Used to have damn near everybody posting in them. Even the old mods. Good times.

YESSSSSSS.

Also, girl I've been seeing secretly does drugs. Whoopee.

How long have you been seeing her? As has been mentioned, is it long enough so that she might actually listen to you if you tell her to get help?

If you don't mind me asking also, how old are you two? I imagine (hope) that she's young enough that she'll be able to come back from this and shake her demons off and live a productive life. I see what addiction can do in my patients every day, and I don't wish it on anyone.

It's good you found out about this before it was too late. One can grow out of smoking pot every weekend for fun, but pain killers, cocaine, heroin, and the like are much, much harder to kick.

John snow on promo poster for season 6 or Got. Book 6 slated to come out in early 2016, apparently.

My personal theory based on the most recent events in ADWD:

[spoil] Jon Snow is dead, but after being brought back my Melisandre, his vows for the Night's Watch are voided because his watch technically ended once he died, and now he'll return as Jon Stark like he originally wanted to. [/spoil]

One of my favorite theories. Along with the Grand Northern Conspiracy.

Is it wrong to go against advice from a job recruiter? Just to give some background, I got a call from a recruiter saying there's an entry-level job I would fit and it went well. Then eventually she asked me the salary I would be looking for, and after telling her, she said it's way too high (which it really wasn't; I told her a number below the NYC average for the position). She said she knows the company and they won't accept that. Now I'm about to have a phone interview with the company on Wednesday. If and when salary comes up, do I give them the range the recruiter told me they would accept or the range I want?

Recruiters stink. That's my advice on the matter. If the company is not meeting your salary requirements and aren't willing to get you to your bare minimum then it's not a fit.
