I think there needs to be a time limit to review a play. I'm watching this Panthers game and they have stopped the game for at least 5 minutes to review a play. If it's not clear evidence, it should be called stands. This challenge is taking way too long.

Yeah that didn't make a lot of sense. I guess they wanted to save the penalty, but then they got a penalty anyway. The TO seemed really counter-intuitive.

It just seems to me like if you have to challenge before play continues the time out is bush league. And I say that thinking the puck probably hit the netting but there wasn't a video angle that captured that.

Pretty much.

Maybe that instances wasn't that long, but I'd you can't determine the opposite of what was called, then move on.

Maybe extend the time for the playoffs, but it shouldn't take as long as some of them do
