The goal came immediately after the powerplay ended lol. Canucks were dominating the game in the 2nd, oilers get a powerplay to start the 3 and the momentum completely changed. Weird
pp ended at 2:45, goal happened at 6:10.
Immediately indeed lol.
Canucks dominating the game so hard in the second they had 2 extra shots. Wow.

The Canucks have 2 scoring chances the entire game. They lost momentum at like 7 o'clock PST tonight.

Pls stop with your J Fresh stats. They haven't generated enough. That's clear to anyone who's watched the game. Take the pulpit and cheese stats somewhere else. They've clearly had more than 2 scoring chances. Problem is they've bled 20.

Flush it and move on. Team still can't put together 40 minutes let alone 60.

Something is clearly wrong with JT. He looks like Jay Beagle out there. Tocchet manage these guys ffs. Ask Torts how it went in 2013/14 pounding the piss out of your best five players.

Here comes the panel to shit talk the Oilers after winning 7-3 before we head off to see the color guy interview his son who plays for the Canucks.

Oh sorry they spent a bit of time in the middle there talking about how hard Vancouver's schedule has been.

Last year everything went right for Vancouver and every guy they brought in worked.

This is just a little regression to the mean and I would say their goalie has looked pretty damn good besides tonight and he still made big saves tonight

Hilarious. Heard it all after JT Miller signed his deal.

And JT Miller isn't a career PPG player and Calder winner.
Miller was a player I never wanted the Rangers to lose, even when he was labelled "Bozo' by the fan base. But, he kept backsliding.
He didn't actually start growing up and becoming an adult til he go to Vancouver. Great player.

Not true but it's an adorable story. If everything went right Demko would have been healthy and Vancouver wins that series

You guys gave us shit kickings last year. It can go both ways, both teams are good.

It's a three horse race for the top team in the Pacific. To me there isn't to much to choose between the three clubs. LA will come back to earth but I fully expect them to snag a WC spot. I get a kick out of folks that say this is a shitty division.

Is he worth the money yet?

If he isn't, we are completely boned. He's gotten some scabby linemates the last couple years

Lankinen with a tribute to Skinner tonight.

Class act all around.

In all seriousness, good job to the Oilers for responding back well to the short momentum shift in the second, they exposed Vancouvers defense this game.

The whining about the refs is funny and only comes off as being a sore loser. On to the next game

I see so much whining about EDM and refs. Were the PPs 2-2 this game? 2PPs is normal for Edmonton. Anything more is shocking

Edmonton is by the bottom in PP opportunities and 3rd last in PPTOI/Game..... They need to get murdered to get calls 95% of the time and they still don't get them

If everything went right, Drai, Kane and Nurse are healthy last post season and if we want to go even further, Klefbom never LTIRetired and the Canucks lose in 4 instead of 7. My hypothetical is as dumb as yours.

They have one more regulation loss at this point than they did last season, that’s not much regression.

Jerseys hitting the ice in Vancouver. Seems premature…

10-2-1 with a +33 GD is significantly better than 7-3-3 and a -1 GD. They were not just winning, they were routing people. That's pretty comparable to the GD the Jets have so far this year.
