Why are the Canes down on a follow through high stick lol

Seems like a very easy call. Do they not review high sticks sometimes.

Is CAR really almost last on the PP? Their PP looks so damn good.

It’s a depth problem. The first unit is awesome. The second unit features Jesper Fast, Brett Pesce, Jesperi Kotkaniemi, and the no-longer-warm corpse of Paul Stastny. The one real threat is Jarvis, who plays out of position at the point.

Getting Teravainen and Pacioretty back in the lineup (plus, theoretically, Kase who might be finished with concussions) would make a huge difference.

No one got the puck. Accidental contact with someone’s skate hasn’t been too many men for a few years.
Randomly you got that impression cause the NHL’s rules are random. Players still throw pucks at skates near benches to get this call, and they do.

I haven't seen a call from the puck hitting a player in years, unless they then try to obstruct the other team from getting to it, which puts them in the play. So I'm not sure what you mean. The rule is extremely black and white.

I’ve seen it and there hasn’t been any rule changes regarding it. So pretty sure you are just seeing random NHL incompetence in enforcing its rules.

The first unit has not been that good so far. That's why they are last. Of course Rod won't change a player or 2 on it.

Surprised Aho got away with that. Not a very convincing "oops I am accidentally falling onto the goalie" performance.

That's 100% goalie interference but not called... and I'm rooting for Canes. Just awful non call.

Atta boy Andersson, way to pass the puck to the other team a bunch.
