Yea that's the rule. Whistle was blown and it took two swipes at it to put it in after the whistle.

If it was a shot that happened at the same time or just after the whistle it might count, but not with the double clutch.

Awful whistle though, puck wasn't even close to covered.

I have no problem admitting it. But no goal is the right call when a ref blows the whistle multiple times with the puck not moving.

Shouldn’t have been a whistle, but that’s the refs fault for thinking it was covered.
