They definitely missed the color-coding with the metallic helmets. I think a darker matching blue would be cool though.

And the game feels closer than 2-0. Could be 2-1 or tied pretty easily.

I said it in the trade board, but I would be very weary about paying EP40 a ton of $$. He doesn't really even drive his own line. You have to spread the wealth out.

The Blues will regret not capitalizing on all of their chances. Canucks can easily tie this baby up

Elias Petersson? Guys good but he shouldn't be the highest paid player in the league. He's closer to a Nylander than a Matthews or McDavid.

He won’t be the highest paid, unless Vancouver truly needs to pony up to keep him. He’s one hell of an offensive play driver but he’s also too streaky

Justin Trudeau had a clapping machine attached to his arms and the dial turned to "extreme super fan" mode for that rabid clapping clip when Ottawa scored in the PWHL against Boston. I felt the wind through my television. :facepalm:

Lot of rumours about what he’s going to do, also heard he’s looking at a 3 year deal which lines him up with Q. Hughes

Anything over 10-11 would make me very uncomfortable

For sure that's my knock on him too. Plus can he hack the grind of multiple post-seasons.

That all said he is looking elite this year and has at times in the past. Even last year his numbers were pretty good.

@Tofveve , if Pettersson is serious about winning he would be smart to take a bit of a discount while playing in Vancouver. Vancouver has an edge of being a premier Canadian market that has a chance to sign pretty much any UFA.

This of course hinges on them having continued success this season
