The Boston Bruin (as in our only player doing anything) scores, 2-1 Islanders

Might as well cut and paste that to our clipboards for future Oiler gamesskinner should have had that.
He's had at least 4 he shouldn't have had.skinner should have had that.
Actually it does, because he wasnt knocked out due to the check itself, but due to how he fell and hit the ice. If the head had been the principle point of contact and he had been knocked out from the head contact, then for sure its a major.A minor, inexplicably.
But it has nothing to do with head contact:
"There was no head contact on the hit, therefore not a 5min major."
The ref was fully capable of calling a major without head contact.
You tried to bring up the BS outdated idea that there was no head contact so it can't be a major.Actually I think YOU have no idea what youre talking about. Because 2 NHL refs reviewed the hit and dropped it from 5min to 2min. The degree of violence did not warrant a 5min major in their opinion.
Lol what act? The official call was a 2min minor. But continue. You tried to bring up the BS outdated idea that there was no head contact so it can't be a major.
Now, you're appealing to authority when you were obviously wrong.
Most people here agree that when a player gets "smoked" (your words) without the puck and is clearly injured, that's worthy of a major. But please keep the act up, makes you look great.
"He wasn't paralyzed from the hit itself, but how his head and neck hit the boards".Actually it does, because he wasnt knocked out due to the check itself, but due to how he fell and hit the ice. If the head had been the principle point of contact and he had been knocked out from the head contact, then for sure its a major.
Unbelievable.Lol what act? The official call was a 2min minor. But continue.
All NHL refs are worthless blind morons. Never base anything on what they call. Not to mention they will make the call fit their agendaActually I think YOU have no idea what youre talking about. Because 2 NHL refs reviewed the hit and dropped it from 5min to 2min. The degree of violence did not warrant a 5min major in their opinion.
We can argue calls. The result sucks. But it wasn't the most obvious major.Unbelievable.
Your first point: It can't be a major, there was no head contact.
Several people: That has nothing to do with the rule.
You again: The referees called it a minor, therefore I'm right.
If this isn't an act, yikes!
Not even my point. His original argument was that it couldn't possibly be a major because he didn't hit his head, now appeals to the refs' call.We can argue calls. The result sucks. But it wasn't the most obvious major.
We'll loan out Swayman for the playoffs if they wantStuart Skinner is not it he let 5 again tonight, although one got waived off but still 5 pucks have beat him.
