Just pointing out as a neutral fan that yes, officiating, whether it swung one way or the other depending which fan base you talk to, did have an impact on the out come. Someone blatantly saying it had no bearing whatsoever is talking out of their ass.

I'm also a neutral fan who recognizes how awful that was.

Blackhawks and Penguins fans complaining about officiating is hilarious.

Hawks are 3rd in powerplay opportunities
Penguins are 16th in powerplay opportunities

Penguins are 2nd in minor penalties
Hawks are 27th in minor penalties

How exactly are those 2 teams similar?

It's amazing how many armchair officials there are out there, who can't grasp the concept of calling a game, at the speed of the game, and not the 3 slow mo reverse angles that you get to see,

Seriously people, give your head a shake, try watching a game without slow motion and just see how many calls you can grab? Hell, just go down to your local men's league and tell them you are a great armchair ref, I am sure they will sign you right up...
