Yeah Garland interfered with him for sure, I just don't get how McDavid pinning Garland to the ice prior to that wouldn't also be interference. They both did the same thing.

He did after they get up, but before that, McDavid runs into him trying to get a penalty, then Garland barely holds him while McDavid lies on top and gives him a shot. Ferraro was talking about penalties on Garland before Garland held him around the waist and that was a bit ridiculous imo

Edit: didn’t notice the arm bar at first. I guess it could be called there though McDsvid interfered with him first so those battles of getting tied up don’t usually get called. The grab around the waist was when it went to a clear penalty.
