We were also able to mark a thread as Read. Can't find it anymore. I can only see a way to mark ALl threads as Read. I would like this back please if possible.

Yep. The contrast between sticky and normal threads is on the agenda too.

If it's not on the agenda, can I recommend making the change Balthazar mentioned below too?

Without a better contrast it makes it harder to differentiate between quotes and replies quickly.

Dark mode is kinda cool I guess

The problem with dark mode is that you can't really tell when text is bolded, which makes it harder on the main HFAvs page to see which threads have new posts. Maybe the bolded text could be made darker somehow.

Yep that’s on there too. Also working on having more contrast between read and unread threads

I can’t pinpoint why yet, but the new design gives me a headache and eye strain.

I know it’s natural to be resistant to change but I’m positive this isn’t something I’m going to warm up to. It looks like diarrhea.

Try the dark mode for the time being. It's a little better for me.

Just turned it on. I definitely helps with the eye strain, something still feels off though. I think what Richard88 said about the bolding being a bit off.

Definitely needs clearer borders everywhere: aorund posts and around quoted posts as well to start.

I like that posters' info are collapsed. It makes for less scrolling.

Makes it harder to see who has the elite-level post:like ratios though.

The one positive about the update is that it only took about 47 tries to log in. Had it been 50, I might've been a little annoyed.

No, mf'ers, the captcha didn't load. Then when it did load, it didn't work and let me log in anyways.

Anyone else not getting notifications when someone is quoting you? Like the bell in the top right corner doesn't become red or anything.

Will be up here and you have to open that menu and then click on notifications to see it.

I hope they move the bell out of the hamburger menu and put it next to the search on mobile. One extra click is too many for me.

I think the Wow reaction will be my default on the mainboards. Not sure other fanbases will understand it to mean "Wow, how could you be dense enough to post that drivel."

There used to be a button at the top right that would let you easily navigate between the different sub-forums...I miss that...unless I'm just missing where it has moved to?

The ads that made mobile almost unusable appear to be gone so that’s nice

That, and dark mode are the redeeming qualities so far. Other than that, it’s gonna take a lot of getting used to for me.

Is it possible to ignore threads? I feel uneasy about Newhook/Byram trade proposals on the trade forum. I also feel like ignoring certain other stuff like ”Eklund rumor”, NFL, NBA, MLB threads.

Is it possible to ignore forums? I like to ignore forums/categories like podcasts, covid 19, sportsbook, fantasy hockey talk to save on scrolling.

If not then I request to have those features.

Alright did some research and there is no ignore thread/forum feature as of it. Its in the list of things for the admins to work on. It is a lower priority item so it may take awhile for them to get to that one.

At the top of the page there's a drop down menu that says Nav with a lightning bolt next to it. That's the closest I can find for what you're looking for.
