HF All-Time Wrestling Draft X Discussion Thread

I had few ideas what I wanted to do in the first round and a lot of my dream matches are near impossible to pull off. Most of the ideas I have right now are down card. Oh well, I’m committed to a few of them now.

The following picks with Savage and Bryan are very versatile and can be inserted in almost any kind of feud with just about anyone.

I was considering The Rock, but only had one idea for him that I really liked and didn’t want to roll the dice on his opponent. Hard to pass him up though.

I feel like my next pick can go anywhere between right now and the middle of the second round.

I wondered when he’d go. I had an idea for him, but it takes getting too many other guys to soon to do.

Hasn’t he fluctuated over the years anyway? I think I had him at #5 a few years ago, but that’s because I wanted to use someone I hadn’t before. Anyway, with who was left on the board I figured Handsome would grab him.

Yeah, I agree, hard to pass up there unless you’ve got something else you really want to do.

I could be wrong and I can’t be arsed to look, but I think somebody already did Rock vs Roman in one of these drafts.

There's a few old timers I want to see with Roman, and after the last year especially - he earned the jump.

I believe in the last 2 years we have allowed the picking of wrestlers from TV and movies.

I think MJF s a bit of a reach but I've wanted him for three years now and my replacements haven't sufficed for me.

Jericho almost always goes ridiculously low for how good he is.

Yeah there are ideas kicking around and it can take years to get them. I was desperate for Dusty Rhodes last year because of an idea from several years ago. Same with MJF this year. You can never get everyone you want, but the fun is in seeing who you actually end up getting.
