I'd imagine something along the lines of Konecny/Patrick + Sanheim then a first round pick would do it for Karlsson

According to Friedman on the NHL Network tonight - Flyers looking for a right handed D. Hextall's top priority this summer.

Karlsson

Mike Green will end up being the winner in UFA this season if he doesnt resign in Detroit. Some team will be offering 3 and 4 year deals. He's a better D player than he was prior to going to Detroit and still puts up points. He will be very sought after to fill that #4 role and PP role by many teams..

Tanev would make sense. Vancouver wouldn't move him without one of those 1st's or a good prospect is coming back though.

Out of curiosity, how is Travis Sanheim's development coming along?

He wouldn't be available. I'd argue he's our 3rd best defenseman right now. Now, that is also due to the fact our defense is horrid after the top 2, but still.

justin braun + what for couturier ?

would tierney fit the +?

lol

Ahh, I didn't realize Sanheim played more than half the season last year. For some reason I thought he was still in the minors.

I guess it would come down to one of the 1st round picks as the main piece then.

Hakstol and Hextall kept him in the minors for a good portion of the year for god knows what reason. Us Flyers fans were screaming for him to be up in the NHL and to get significant playing time all year, but Hakstol is an idiot.

That's way too much to give. Those are our only untouchable fwds. I'd rather trade Ghost than Sanheim, if it came to that. EK is going to need a huge contract which might mean dealing Voracek too. Pass.

53 votes so far and 46 for a total of 86.8% say they'd take Provorov over Trouba right now. Of the 7 people who voted for Trouba my guess is at least 4 or 5 were Jets fans.

Rather than quoting everyone the past few pages....

I don’t want Tyler Myers unless it’s on the cheap, which means there’s likely no deal.

Lol, I like Braun and I like Tierney but that’s nowhere close to the price for Couturier.

I love Spurgeon. But we can’t afford to give up TK+ for him. It doesn’t make sense for the type of our team.

Sanheim isn’t available. We need to add to Ghost / Ivan / Sanheim / (P. Myers).

I wouldn’t offer much for Petry. Again, not the fit or the move we need to be doing.
