Went to bed after the 1st, dvr’d the rest w a 30 min extended. Dvr stopped at the 12:04 mark of OT … the one time I oddly decide to be judicious w DVR space lol

Ya - was lucky to have DVRed 90 minutes of golf course infomercial shows following the game slot in order to view OT. Was getting worried about a second OT

I've been wondering if they had any Russian players in the wings or AHL vets (or even NHL) who spoke Russian they could bring in to help Miro along next season.

Trineyev has gotten a couple games at each of the last two seasons, not really sure if they plan on actually keeping him over all year next season. Russian AHL vets (Euros in general) aren't really a thing since they tend to head back home if they haven't made the NHL after a few years

Nah, it's the "next day" after and I'm still tilted. Missed so much action because of how flat out awful that camera operator was. I've never seen something that bad before.

Ugh, I only caught the first period. Normally I watch AHL games on an iPad, because the AHLTV "HD" feeds are terrible (and seriously can't be more than 480p), and watching the streams on anything larger than an iPad screen is so blurry to the point of giving me a headache. But the AHLTV iPad app crashed on me last night, so I had to watch that 480p stream on a 65-inch TV and my eyes were screaming in pain after the first period. Also I'm old and tired and wanted to sleep.

So mad I’m going to miss the cup celebration party on Saturday due to my best friend’s wedding. Need to see video of of buckled the guys are at the celebration. I vividly remember the guys wreaking of alcohol in 2009 and 2010.

Also loved seeing the video of Helmer being one of the boys. He was going ham in the locker room lol

Eh. I also took note, especially of the chants like there was still something up for question, but...

they didn't boo, they just supported their guys until they left the ice and when it was time for the cups to come out I didn't hear anything there either.

Is it how I'd do it? No, but it's relatively alright because there's always going to be a few.

As someone who grew up with John Walton calling the Bears (yeah, I'm that young), it was great to see him covering the team again this playoff run.
