I still love this team. There's never been a better time to be a Kings fan, regardless of the heartache this season.

I doubt the coaches tell Doughty anything really.

Cause if they did, Drew would never take another slap shot in life, he would use a wrist shot 100% of the time.
 
Nothing to say except, I still wish there was a way to force Kopi to stay in L.A. and train, in off-season instead of going home to Slovenia. He seems to have too much fun at home.

Screw any excuses people have to make. For a team of this caliber to not qualify for the playoffs is unacceptable. A team with a winning pedigree shouldn't be in this position.

I agree. The moves he has in his repertoire are unbelievable and he needs to use them.

Sometimes I think we need a Karlsson more than a Doughty.
 
What if Kopi was faking that emotion to appear like he gave a **** about this season?!?!?

Meh even in better shape, Kopitar is still only going to take what the D gives him.

That's his DNA as a hockey player.
 
It's a tarp!

Two of the worst games I've seen them play in awhile. Everyone looked like they wanted someone else to step up.

Lewis's turnover was terribad.

Cannot believe Quick didn't get the start. I just don't care. Different mentality with him back there.

Crap end to this season.

Just once I wanna hear them blow up and go off script in a big way.
 
It sucks but what can you do. To say they look burnt out is an understatement. It's not over but missing the playoffs wouldn't be the worst thing in the world, they'll be back better next season and lose some dead weight during the summer.
 
Kings will probably win out but be eliminated by Calgary vs Winnipeg going to OT in a 0 - 0 tie with 90% of the game played in the neutral zone.
 
Definitely steering clear of the main board for at least a week. I'm sure there's a party going on there. The one thing they're completely over looking is the Kings will be hell bent next year.
