Imo Kings B team is surprisingly keeping up with the Ducks starting line up.

I'm not blown away the Duck players and prospects, I feel like they have good players but nothing special really. They can barely beat our abysmal line up. At least the Kings have a reason that they are bad. The ducks... Are just bad lol.

Love some of the passes they're making, but they are taking too long to fire. Need to utilize the one-timer more. Also, I can't say I like the Ryan signing too much so far =/ Hopefully, he turns it around early this season, but so far it is looking lackluster. Not that there were high expectations...

it was nice to see kempe skating north south while trying to make passes east west. thats hard to defend

he looked pretty good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I dont think he has the IQ or vision, all i saw was some hot potato, and the one time he should have played it hot and shot ASAP, he held on until Miller was in position, that could have been a goal had he shot it right away. I could be wrong...

The Kings don't have many pathways to being good this year, but one of them is Amadio and/or Kempe having breakthrough seasons. Been pretty happy with both.

We need the guys getting paid like top six players to play like it.

Iafallo - Kopitar - Brown
Kovalchuk - Carter - Toffoli

If that second line is invisible (like it has been thus far in the preseason), we will be bad again. It’s hard to replace an entire line like that.

Our shaky defence cant handle Anaheim’s pressure and make simple plays. And our inexperienced or disengaged forwards aren’t helping them out enough.

This was a golden opportunity for guys like JAD, Kupari, Prohorkin to show anything vs an NHL heavy Ducks lineup and all three were totally invisible.

“four on four? lets see, who can keep up with kovalchuk... yes, trevor lewis”
