@TSNBobMcKenzie: SJ's Raffi Torres will have disciplinary hearing with NHL for hit on LA's Jarret Stoll. Sounds like request is for an in-person hearing.
Does that mean he might miss game 2? Since it is in person?
I'm saying this means he's out. Maybe for a while.
I hope Stoll isn't hurt bad, but the Kings were up and holding at the time. I wouldn't be surprised if Sutter kept him out to try and get Torres suspended. He's not stupid and knows Torres has a rep and a catalyst to the Sharks resurgence. Taking him out would certainly help the Kings win the series.

Elliotte Friedman @FriedgeHNIC 2m In-person hearing for Stoll means NHL has option to suspend for longer than five games. Doesn't mean league will do it, just creates option.
If Torres gets suspended for that hit, then I want him off the team. Dude can't even make clean hits without being suspended, so you can't trust him.

Come on Shanny.
That's not even a major penalty. Let alone a suspension.
OH WAIT, IT'S TORRES?!?!?! DEPORT HIM!!!!
This is ridiculous. It's clearly based on his reputation. I hope he gets nothing, but you never know...
... so you can't trust the league to make an unbiased decision on a clean hit.
Right or wrong, it still comes back to Torres building up this bad reputation. He filled up the cup and now every little drop will make it overflow.
