How Draft Positions Work:

* Starting with the 20th ranked team, teams will select what position they wish to draft at (1-20). The draft will be a snake styled draft as it was last year. At this point I do not believe their will be another prospect draft this offseason

* Positions will start being selected at some point during the offseason.

* Ranking 1-12 will be determined by the playoff results.

Not that bad. You'll get to select your draft position 8th. Maybe four of those people pick 1-4, and the other four pick 17-20. Highly doubtful that happens though. Not the end of the world though.
