The Philadelphia Flyers and Washingon Capitals have clinched playoffs spots. Philadelphia is four games ahead of the fourth place team with three games remaining. Washington is three games ahead of the fourth place Edmonton Oilers but defeated Edmonton earlier in the season to clinch any tiebreaker. Washington and Philadelphia join Vancouver and Colorado as the only teams to clinch a playoff spot thus far.

A loss drops me into a tie atop the Selena division with Washington, who have somehow clinched while Dallas has not. Same position as the Caps, more points scored, and we also hold the tiebreaker against the Oilers.

Hopefully a win over Calgary this week remedies the situation!

I drafted my team via text message to you and IR... didn't even know who was being drafted and had no list. I'd like to say I knew it would happen... but, total fluke.


Although having a team like this + Connolly, Rask, Etem, Bennett and Jensen bodes well.
