If you look west right now, the crescent moon and Venus are side by side.

I was just driving and was like what is that really bright star underneath the moon, so I googled it when I got to a stop and found that it was Venus.

Pretty cool, it's rare that a planet is that clear

I love looking at the night sky. I find it very calming and fascinating. We are such a tiny speck in the Universe, I could contemplate it forever.

My mom got a promotion and they hired my dad to fill her role back in the late 70’s. They were married for 35 years.

Personally, I would avoid it. I’ve seen the fallout and it was more than ugly.

Happy National Carrot Cake Day! Luckily we grow lots of delicious carrots in Canada and they are available all year round. They are also easy to grow and store. One of my favourite cakes (I have many), I just might have to bake one now.
