Gotta love when Sam Rosen mentions Kreider "kissing the helmet". Dude is a master at getting his dirty sense of humor around censorship, just one mark of a professional broadcaster.

Good game. But what the hell was that at the end? The refs reviewing that clear as day Regin goal seemed fishy to me.

Question for everyone:

What the flying **** were the officials "reviewing" after Regin's goal? That was clear as day in the net, yet it took forever to drop the puck. One of them was even in one of the review booth. He was pulling a Carcillo for a ****ing blackhawks.

Yup, I have a tinfoil hat on. From terrible icing calls, missed hooks/trips to quick/long whistles, that game was officiated as one-sided as it gets, and I think it was completely intentional.

Rangers were impeccable defensively. Great game from nearly everyone!

I would assume they were reviewing the time left on the clock. As we all know, the clock doesn't always immediately stop once the puck was in the net. They were probably checking to see if a few extra tenths of a second weren't taken off by mistake. I don't see the problem in that.

We just swept the world champs

Can't believe the Islanders pulled that one out.

As someone who essentially grew up in Nassau... I can't ****ing believe that the Islanders still play in that stadium..... and that we didn't decide to rebuild it into the best arena of all time.

Excited to see where our standings competitors finish up tonight.

It wasn't the prettiest game we've played, but NYR have managed to get 4 points in 2 games against a practically flawless Chicago side.

They didn't give us much of anything, their defensive core shut down most opportunities. My only complaint about the NYR defense was the sleepwalking going on in the last 20 seconds. Goes to show how in this league if you aren't playing, teams can kill you in an instant.

Talbot is even better than those of us who thought he had potential expected.

Good game. The defense was solid though I suspect Hawks didn't really have the bounces and the flow of the game on their side in this contest. Tam Calbot was good. I like the energy and the woof woof roof roof from Brassard. You can see it in his stride etc.

Didn't think of that, not gonna lie.

Still doesn't change my opinion of the officiating tonight though. We lose tonight and this place erupts in anger at the refs.

The great race; who will finish the season with more assists; Rick Nash, or Bryan Boyle? We're tied at 9 presently.

Great win. Disappointed that Talbot didn't get the shutout, however, two points is two points.

Awesome team d effort. And the game was still breathtaking. Great to see a couple of guys who weren‘t exactly shining pull off the play of the game. How much better could we be if that line were calibrated?

Cambo was so solid. Making that final save on Kwi Chang Kane...awesome.

Winning in a game where the other other team were up to some shenanigans! Awww yeah...

Excelllent win. Kind of let the Hawks take the play to us in the third but the defense played really well tonight and Talbot even better.
