That too. Great play on the goal. You can’t stop that shot as a goalie.Chytil point = Happy man.
Prospect I am least worried about. Kid has all the potential and tools. He is barely 19.Yes Chytil has been very good recently - I hope he can continue to surprise us positive!
My votes tonight is Chytil, Zib, and Kreider.
With Rykov playing much better and getting serious minutes in the KHL along with ADA and Lindgren the future of the defense doesn't look too bad. Again nothing elite but definitely some nice top 4 potential. We aren't even talking about Miller, Hajek and Lundkvist.
they won't have as much success i dont think against some tougher teams, but i'll welcome it for the next month if it means the return on zucc is rasied because of it. dont forget, should we sell off most of our assets rumoured to be in play, the team should plummet post deadline since some other sellers only have 1 rental they'd really miss.Enjoying Mika's strong year but a bettter Mika/CK/and now even Zucc means literally no chance for a top 4 pick
You never know. Filip Cheat-codeThat too. Great play on the goal. You can’t stop that shot as a goalie.
You never know. Agreed. It's exciting. Let's hope we can get another 2-3 first rounders this year and work on grabbing a nice scoring winger. You never know. Miller and ADA have top pairing potential.
FWIW, Rykov has had his minutes cut back recently and was a healthy scratch the other day. He did have a nice play today for an assist. With Rykov playing much better and getting serious minutes in the KHL along with ADA and Lindgren the future of the defense doesn't look too bad. According to Corsica, his 5v5 PDO was 103.54. It is what it is. Tends to regress towards the mean. I'm not criticizing the kid--it's just if he plays to that PDO all season he'll pick up at least a couple "lucky" points, so you shouldn't sweat it.You gotta be joking. 5v5? Besides, that goal would have counted whether Zucc was there or not. Also, ADA is one of the best in the league at getting his shot on net (11th among d-men with 400+ minutes this year, 1st among d-men with 800+ minutes the past two years), so a higher than average PDO doesn’t surprise me either way.
personally think he's been much improved this season. wouldn't use the term great, but good/solid is a fair evaluation. How great has Marc Staal been?
He actually was really good tonight. He’s looked good paired with DeAngelo. How great has Marc Staal been?
Wasn't bad tonight thats for sure. very active with his stick. Looked like the Staal pre-injury years (well almost)How great has Marc Staal been?
Maybe not GREAT......BUT, even Tony the Tiger would say "reallllllly gooooood!"How great has Marc Staal been?
True. Just overall this season since getting to Sochi has been playing decent minutes. Gotta let all these 4/5 young dmen marinate and develop and in 2-3 years see what we really have with them.FWIW, Rykov has had his minutes cut back recently and was a healthy scratch the other day. He did have a nice play today for an assist.
