Prospect Info: Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL)/Maine Mariners (ECHL) Thread: Part XI

They updated the landing page (and some other assets) on the AHL's site. It looks more like the terrible IIHF site or the crappy ECHL site.

But he is not listed on the Hartford website team list and he is not included in the remaining 36 players on the Rangers roster. So where in the world is Harry Zolnierczyk?

Too bad, Lerg is almost certainly a step down from Zolnierczyk at this point.

If the AHL team does not keep the players on their roster, they return to play with Maine.
 
Interesting that the Rangers announce assignment of DiGuisepe, Huska and Reunanen to Hartford but Hartford announces assignment of the first two but not Reunanen to the team. Wolf Pack Announce Roster Moves | Hartford Wolf Pack. Assume that means as we suspected that Reunanan going back to Finland. Hartford also released 3 ECHL players not from Maine and Tyler Cammarata. 3 goalies, 9 defensemen and 19 forwards remain in camp with the Rangers likely to send another 10 players to Hartford.

Jordan Klimek situation is a curious one,
in August Maine traded for his rights, then immediately signed him,
Until I read RR's comment above, i hadn't realized MM had traded him to SCS

Aug 13, 2019 The Mariners have signed defenseman Jordan Klimek, after trading for his rights from the kc_mavericks last week!

Thanks for digging this up. It's an interesting series of transactions as Pratt and Cecere were serviceable ECHL defenders, and they essentially traded them both for a future consideration (which usually amounts to little). I was wondering why I didn't see Klimek on the Hartford camp roster.

Hartford loses to Springfield tonight 4-2 with Springfield scoring an empty net goal. Hartford outshoots 34-21. Goals by Ryan Gropp from Elmer and Jeff Taylor shorthanded, unassisted. More information available from Greg Markiewicz twitter.

Yes an ELC, I've been calling for it since Traverse. IMO he has looked significantly better than Elmer and Newell, who did get ELCs. He works hard, is strong, has some skill, looks smart, and seems pretty responsible over 200 feet.

Ryan Dmowski was assigned to Maine. Somewhat of a surprise, as I thought he looked decent in TCT and forward. Numbers game, though.
