Frankly Bigras has been great for Hartford since coming over last season.

The question is whether he can translate that to the NHL level.

Day and O'Gara looked ok but their passes to each other were always a little off

The young guys should be getting lots of time. Mediocre AHL players with no NHL future should be the scratches and bottom unit players. Glad the lineup and TOI numbers so far reflect that.

Pack looking good. Bruins did lose a lot of decent/good players this offseason, AFAIK, but it's still good to see.

Once again, I imagine like in previous seasons, they are trying to implement the Rangers coaching tactics, so this is another chance to see what Quinn's system should look like. And they have a more evenly talented D
