No that would be incorrect. Reirden was partnered with Forsythe for the powerplay and forwards. Reirden was in charge of the powerplay with Bylsma too. When Reirden was head coach Forsythe was fully in charge of powerplay then.

There is an actual direction - down - some just either refuse to realize or acknowledge it. No we haven’t gone full 83-84 yet, but we’re definitely moving in that direction.

How is it possible that other teams make 1-2 lateral passes and as a result they get easy/controlled zone entry, whereas we fling it up the boards and try to advance the puck through brute force like a soccer team of 4 year olds?

It's just desperation exit, hope we get a bounce. Then if God forbid we get controlled possession the puck is going straight to the point (don't pass go, don't collect $200) for an unscreened wrister that presents no danger.

This system is so stale, and the players are so cowardly. Just whack the puck up the boards aimlessly instead of trusting your skill and ability to survey the ice.
