Is the plan to move one to wing? Or just want another?

Because they don't want to throw the kids into the fire. They need a guy to eat the hard minutes that Hanzel does to shelter the kids a bit

Well its odd that you feel thay way because it's fairly logical why it's him. Usually 2nd tire prospects are the ones moved for rentals, not you're best ones.

He has 14 pts in 15 games down in St. Johns. He's playing well. If he was part of a rebuilding organization he would most likely be in the NHL.

I'd give Charles Hudon, Brian Flynn and a 3rd round pick for Martin Hanzal.

Hanzal is a solid player when playing, but he can't seem to stay healthy, just like Taylor Hall.

We'd be crazy to give up McCarron in the deal. That's my 2 cents. In before people tell me we over-rate him.

He is going to be a very good piece of our team moving forward.

No. That's not the way it works. Teams need to have at least 2 forwards with the 40/70 games thresold. Hudon could be claimed even if he plays 0 game this season.

McCarron is 6'6" tall. Desharnais is cap going back. Anyways, I highly doubt Bergevin trades McCarron.

I know Hudon. I really wanted the Yotes to draft him. I'm a fan from his amateur days. I just never thought he'd become a pro center. As far as I know he's still a winger? Is that not right?

I know McCarron is a 6'6 RW but i thought from reading it that Chayka more or less was looking for a young Centerman for Hanzal then wingers.

CapFriendly only lists Mac as a RW not Center but if he can play Center then yes he would be an excellent add for Arizona for Hanzal but would MB trade McCarron probably not for a pending UFA.
