Hanzal(50%)+'17 5th for Desharnais+McCarron
No need to retain on Hanzal's salary if Desharnais is going to Arizona. McCarron is not part of the deal. Add Hudon in his place.

It's not bad value, but there's absolutely no way I put McCarron on the table for a rental.
Hanzal kind of is a 3rd line guy himself. Certainly not a 2nd line center on a team that's aiming for the cup.
and he hits. Could be a better player for a 3rd line role than Desharnais.
True, but 40 points is low end 2nd line C/high end 3rd line C production. I don't really see Big Mac getting to 40 points, at least not consistently. I don't think his potential is higher than Hanzal's.
Hanzal, Langhamer (we need a goalie to expose on expansion draft)
for
Desharnais, Fucale and 2 2nd round picks.
Langhamer is exempt, no? No to the 2 second round picks. Where's the young NHL ready center Arizona wants?
Best Sharks could do is something like Wingels and Mueller

hes 29 now and peaked 41 points in his career thus far, hes injury prone aswell and mcarron has more potential than Hanzal imo
Arizona is after a center. Is Hudon a center?
Arizona is after a center. Is Hudon a center?
I find it suspicious that nearly every Habs proposal i've seen for quite some time now involves Hudon.
Just a question.
Why is Arizona after a young center with Strome and Dvorak?
Is the plan to move one to wing? Or just want another?
