Results are only viewable after voting.
My heart vote was Quinn Hughes as he has been the most valuable to his team but the Hart vote goes to Draisatl.

That being said there is a ton of traction for Kirill Kaprizov who is and will most likely be worthy winner of this poll.

Voted Hughes but meant to do Draisatl.

This one is the hardest to predict because:

MacKinnon just won, meaning he's suffering from voter fatigue. Plus his team is in a wildcard spot rather than solidly in a playoff spot. But the Avs are rolling and should finish the season strong.

It's way too hard to give the award to Draisaitl with McDavid four points behind him (in 3 fewer games). Fair or not, everyone knows that McDavid is the best player on that team. Draisaitl would need to beat McDavid by at least 10 points to give himself a shot.

Kaprizov had a good argument before he got injured. But now he's 16 points back of MacKinnon. I don't think you can give him the Hart when he's so far behind in the scoring race. Plus the Wild are on a 4 game winning streak without him in the lineup. They are just a good team.

I really think this should be the year where it goes to a goaltender (Hellebuyck) or a defenceman (Hughes).

Do I think the voters would actually vote that way? Not a chance in hell.

But Hellebuyck is leading the Jets to the best record in the NHL while Hughes is carrying an anemic (both offensively and defensively) Vancouver squad to a wildcard playoff spot in a season where they've been missing their #1 goaltender, #2 defenceman, #1 and #2 center, #1 winger and even Hughes himself for extended periods of time.

ASP is the real MVP because his imminent arrival is what keeps the Wings from folding

In terms of players in the league now it's crysaitl at this point

I voted Draisaitl, but I really think this one is wide open.

All of Draisaitl, MacKinnon, Kucherov and McDavid are very serious contenders, because I can see any of them going off in the 2nd half.

I think it's close with a few others also today, but I suspect by season's end it'll be one of those 4 who have distanced the pack.

Hughes, Hellebuyck, than Draisaitl.

The importance of the first two for their respective teams trumps the high point totals of the big forward names imo.

Kaprisov would definitely be in there as well, but I feel like the time he has missed is adding up sadly

A forward who is barely top 10 in scoring isn't winning the Hart.

Can't believe I voted Marner

Matthews has been injured for almost the entire season and missed stretches of games, we had big injuries on D, Stolarz was the 1G and although Woll has been great, we lost our top G as well

Marner put the team on his back, playing in all situations, top 5 in scoring, plays the PP + PK and has elevated his game this season and is even hitting guys and getting physical and in scrums.

He doesn't have the goals Draisaitl does, but if not for his stellar play, Leafs legitimately might be a WC team right now, maybe out of the playoff picture

Draisaitl/Mackinnon rightfully deserve their votes here as well. Won't argue against anyone voting them, likewise Drai has put the Oilers on his back and leading the league in goals. I think those guys are the top 3 in whatever order you want to put them in. Helly and Hughes are also in the conversation.

Marner should be in the conversation, at worst he should be #5 over Kaprizov at this point.

It's interesting that the Avs duo is playing the heavy minutes that McDrai used to play. They have been relied on more than McDrai I think so far. Not sure how that translates to the Hart.
