They're also one of the few teams I'd love the Habs to lose the season series against, so I'm just hoping no one gets hurt.

I'm not a Drouin hater, far from it, but to be honest he wasn't doing well up until that great pass. Even Marc Denis mentioned it in the morning, that passed just masked most of his play as everyone will remember that play.
I hope he gains momentum and plays like this the rest of the way, the talent is there!
I know the prize for sucking is possibly a franchise player but do some of you watch hoping that the Habs lose?

Nah, I always cheer for wins when I'm watching. The rebuild just make the losses feel good once the final whistle blows.
Also can't really be mad when they win because of Suzuki, Caufield and Guhle. Would be more frustrating if the wins were coming from Hoffman and Dadonov while the kids sucked.
If I'm only looking at the boxscore and not the game itself, it's easier to cheer for the tank.

Personally I have never seen a franchise player play for the Habs so I'm fine with losing this year

IMO Habs will not be a bottom-5 team unless there are serious injury issues on the horizon nearing last seasons NHL all time record for man games lost

Sadly I think this is so.mannnn....we aren' even in that tournament anymore. Top 5 if we are lucky
At least 3 teams worse than us. Arizona Chicago and San Jose.

I just try to find an angle of interest, focus on certain players with upside and enjoy well executed plays. It helps me get through a rebuilding season and not be too concerned with individual game outcomes, knowing that the people in charge don’t want to lose either and that there is a plan for better days ahead.

He absolutely does. He was one of our worst players in the first couple of games, and Hoffman dressed for those as well, so that's saying something.
He played well at the end of last year but has not looked good at all this year so far. Hopefully he comes back and turns it around.
I agree...
They are showing right now, despite being down their top 2 dmen, that they are closer to a middle of a pack team than a bottom 5 one.

This has to be a joke. He shouldn’t even be in our lineup. Hoffman is the worst player on our team, which says a lot considering we also have Drouin, Dadonov, and Gallagher.
