Like CC, his numbers are good. But neither are playing well. Both can be better.

Great that the points are there but if they keep playing as they are I don’t think they’ll sustain it.
I think we are seeing a guy trying to keep things afloat out there. If he had good support from another center his life would be easier and we might see more from him. Center is the toughest position in hockey in my opinion and they dynamic of the first line isn't ideal either. Caufield isn't great defensively and the revolving door of the third player on the line isn't helping matters.

I think the whole team is out of sync. That was my original point. I wouldn’t single out Suzuki as being a bad player this year - I can’t think of anyone whole playing better than last season. The points are there for those two guys but neither are playing as well as they have in the past.

He's got the worst support in terms of wingers, center depth, and defenseman helping out offensively. It's been happening for like 4 years. Can't blame him for being frustrated.
I don't think he's frustrated, posters here are just speculating. He's constantly facing the toughest opposition and as I said, his linemates aren't up to the task way too often. He needs some help.

I'd like to see Slaf and his great passing skills setting up Heineman on a regular line

I think @OldCraig71 is saying if we had a 2C to help it would make everyone better. Like it did with Monahan, hard to argue it wouldn't.
