I wish we had 2 solid RD... This team would look so different.

Pionk is Ufa this summer, any interest?

Suzuki?

May have missed an opportunity with Montour being a UFA coming off a down year...

May have been worth it to pny up for Jiricek...

Rasmus Anderson is the dream. But he'll probably want to go to a contender in the offseason.

In a way, yeah Laine is back and Habs have a big line.
In a way, yeah Laine is with Slaf who can dig puck out for him.

In another way, Slaf back with not one, but two guys who haven't played in a year. But it might be easier to manage their minutes keeping those two together.. Also, I actually think Dach looked much better in his last 3 games.

That is hilarious. Laine coming back from not playing over a year, so let's put him with Dach. Yep. That will help him easy into the lineup. OMFG!

All I hope for is some Kenzie tonight.
Kenzie is cute but she's no stunner. I think you just need to rub one out bud. Sometimes you just need that release and everything becomes clearer.

Totally agree, it should have been something like this.

Guhle-Matheson
Hutson-Kovacevic
Xhekaj-Savard
Struble

This for sure would have been better long term. And it's looking more like Kovacevic will be better long term.

But I'm looking forward to moving Savard and giving Barron amd Struble a regular shift game in amd game out. See if they can figure it out. Would be nice move either one for a similar aged RD if the opportunity arises also.

Guhle - Matheson
Hutson - Struble
Xhekaj - Barron

Also would be nice to move Matheson for a Vet RD. We for sure need a defensively responsible RD who can skate.

Yea, Dach has been better of late. If he can start to go and especially at center, that could change the make up of the forward lines. And if Laine stays healthy, that also changes things.

Yeah that's probably the worst that could happen but knowing our luck it's going to be Caufield or Laine again....

Laine is playing RW tonight, no?
He is, but I don't see much point in stacking the top line rather than giving the 2nd line a guy to pass to. God knows Dach and Slaf won't take a shot unless it's the last possible option

Looking at the latest Isles line make ups I think Suzuki and Evans will get Horvat and Nelson.
That leaves either Pageau or Cizikas for Dach and Dvorak keep in mind Pageau is still day to day.
The good news is the Isles are not blessed with blazing speed so our Tall Boyz should be GTG.

Nice to hear PL is playing tonight....................let's be cautious in our expectations here guys.
We can hope he makes a difference out of the gate, but more than likely he will struggle a bit.
If we can draw 3-4 penalties, and he finds himself on a few PP's that would be nice.

We can expect Monty in nets I would expect?

I wish him to succeed here in MTL, he look like an amazing human being from what I've read plus we need that goal scoring ability.

With our 2 1st round pick this year + Demidov + Hage, MTL could become a nasty offensive team if the talented Laine player is back.

Laine Hat trick + Regular time loss , what a night! I can't wait , only thing missing is I wish it was a prime monday. Win some lose some
Sorry but I wanna W tonight, I need it for my mental health lol
