On a serious note , what a great game they played , If they were to lose playing like that , I wouldnt mind at all , You can tell they were giving an extra effort tonight and it paid off

Also, like many have said, Condotta and that 4th look legit. I think their intensity is rubbing off on the guys higher up the line up.

Nobody can hate on Matheson for his play in the last 2 games. He has been really good.

That 3rd was the best period I've seen in a long time. Physically dominant on the forecheck, hard & fast on the backcheck! Wow, the boys wanted this one & worked hard for it.

Montembeault was excellent. He's a good goalie when he isn't expected to stop high danger chances one after another.

The defensive commitment by the team has improved leaps & bounds.

Great games in particular by our 4th line, 3rd line, Slafkovsky, Suzuki, Caufield, and every one of our D. Just a strong team effort.

Fun to watch.

loved the 2nd efforts everyone was showing tonight, especially those 3rd and 4th lines, noticed a lot more hitting coming from our guys and shout out to heineman out there looking like a wrecking ball.

I think the first period of the season against Leafs and the third tonight were the most complete and competitive periods of the year.

Great game by Suzuki I had him getting a star long before I would have given Gallagher one.
Full marks to Kaiden Guhle what a warrior.
Slaf picked it up in the second half too bad Kirby is still a 1/2 step behind on that first line.
Evans Caufield and Newhook were good and kept their speed up all night.
Cole separating Draisaitl and the puck was also 3rd star worthy.
Another super game between the blue lines where many games are won and lost.

And Shut up Gaston Gallagher on the first line is just dumb.
