Det, NYR, Buf, CBJ have the 4 most difficult schedules, NYI 7th & Phi 10th most difficult… Habs are 32nd for easiest remaining schedule in the NHL
More like irritating drizzle.I guess the Carolina Hurricanes got downgraded to a tropical storm tonight.![]()
Definitely don’t take Buffalo easy. Have you noticed what they have been doing their let’s say last 15 games? They also have won their two games since returning to action beating NYR 8-2 and Anaheim 3-2.Habs need to win next 3GP - SJS + Buf (x2)
100% agree. More draft picks, if not one picks, is not necessary. We should not tank this season. We are close with an easy schedule to boot. That Evans line was solid...I hate the thought of moving Evans and Armia. We have enough picks...if they are moved it has to be for a significant return.
Played well........not flashy at all, but does the little things well. Laine's first goal was all started by Beck.Missed half the game as I was curious about the CTV debate.
Is there anything Beck did in particular, that makes it look like he’s ready now to assume a middle 6C role with the Big Club?

He is our replacement for Arty Lekhonen. You keep Heineman. Kid is staying right here. And will play a key role when it will time to.
Exactly and Sakic wasn't buying any of his nonsence.I Woudn't touch him with a 100' pole.Seems that Canes played themselves trading away Necas for Rantanen. Meanwhile, Rantanen played himself while trying to extort more money from McFarland.
Everything depends on term & money.Armia should'nt be to difficult ,Evans might be impossible but you can't blame him for wanting a sweet deal And unless you can get something significant in return i would keep Savard, time to move on from Dach but he has one year left after this year which means they'll probably keep him unless he's part of a package deal.Definitely don’t take Buffalo easy. Rangers are crap and the Ducks did their usual 3rd period choke.Definitely don’t take Buffalo easy. Have you noticed what they have been doing their let’s say last 15 games? They also have won their two games since returning to action beating NYR 8-2 and Anaheim 3-2.

Tighter but anemic.Didn't watch this one, but the sens were pretty sloppy against montreal as well. Montreal was also sloppy on Saturday.
Did the habs look better than Saturday, at least?
Habs are a different team w Heineken in the lineup - despite being a rookie he’s such an important element of 4-line depth for this team at present
But have to admit, that Gallagher and Anderson has been positive suprise in this season. We can't win on star power right now, so we have to win by being deeper than our opposition. We aren't deep enough to sustain the loss of someone like Heineman who drives play, is physical and is a threat to score.
We can survive an injury to Gallagher or Dvorak, but not a Heineman.
