I don't know what other teams have in terms of goalies. I remember a month ago or so people mentioned quite a few teams who had better goalie prospects.

From all i hear we have 2 potential studs in Lindgren and McNiven. Some seem to think McNiven's better. Heard nothing but good things about both of them.

No it wouldn't because Price will be on a long term contract and goalie's don't fetch a lot in trades which means Lindgren would get a couple of picks.
