That’ll probably be the D in game 1.Flip Marner with Nylander, replace Jarnkrok with Simmonds and that could be interesting on the forward lines.
I think D is more or less set with:
McCabe-Brodie
Gio-Holl
Reilly-Schenn
Lily
swap out schenn for lily and that should be better IMO.That’ll probably be the D in game 1.
Lily has been poor for going on a month now.swap out schenn for lily and that should be better IMO.
I agree I'm just hoping the reason is for the greater goodthe problem is he seems to be spending most of his TOI between the bluelines, he may not be but he
really has been looking listless over the last 10 or so
thats fair but I think he needs it more for the future and hopefully will be a confident boosting.Lily has been poor for going on a month now.
That top 6 is fine for G1.
I heard he’s nursing an injury.interesting no Jarnkrok, maybe giving him the night off?
Correct. No roster limits after the deadline, but the cap is still in effect.I think we have to do some roster maneuvering to bring in Knies.
Someone, please correct me if I am wrong, but if we recall Woll and want to sign Knies we will have 23 players on the roster already so someone needs to go down, but if we play with an EBUG, next game we can recall Woll on an emergency basis and then still have Knies signed, so we can essentially get an extra roster spot if we use an EBUG in a meaningless game.
Unless... roster limits are not a thing after the deadline?

nobodies really sure, so far there hasn't been a doctor thats ever worked in any sport or even did a residency at St Eligius that's ever been able to correctly diagnose a deep ego bruise, I'm sure (hoping) he'll be fine for the game 1 puck drop.
Just a thought, but there are lots of posts saying play the scrubs, no injuries please etc.
Maybe Nylander is doing this: saving himself for the playoffs? He's just not as aggressive as he's been the rest of the season. If he's just protecting himself for the playoffs, turns it on in the playoffs and becomes a difference maker, isn't that what we want? Wouldn't that make him a smart player?
What do you think waiving Murray accomplishes ?Should just waive Murray and call up Woll for the last week.
Correct. No roster limits after the deadline, but the cap is still in effect.
You can exceed the 23 man roster limit but you still have to stay under the cap.

Play Woll tonight and not an EBUG.
