That's a big thing that's wrong with our PP. It's not all of his fault for sure, but if he's playing the point, no one respects the shot from there because he NEVER shoots.

It's a lot easier to defend when you know he's going to defer the puck every time he gets it.

Calgary needs more than that they are not playing like a team at all.

The 1st pick we got from them will be top 5, no doubt for me, thats an horrible built team and they have no impact player in their system.

I would really be curious to see Slaf man the point and cycle with Suzuki on the right half wall. His passes are so hard and precise that it could give CC and/or Suzuki that extra time they need to get a cleaner shot on a clearer lane. Dach could still be a great goal line passer/net front presence cause of his passing ability, size, and hands

We won because we had this dumb shootout rule to save our ass.

Yeah... not a great game from many perspectives. Especially Caufield injury. But... it's better for the tank. With the number of wasted opportunities Habs didn't deserve a win. But... Flames suck. Hope we get a good pick from them.

He's like that buddy who gets drunk, while drinking out in the shed, and goes missing because he passes out somewhere and you figure he just went home but 2 hours later he shows up again after waking up and is ready for round 2. I've seen that a few times.

We had that happen to a guy at a year-end hockey party at a cabin 14 km from town. One of our guys got drunk and left the group and walked till he saw a parked car that was 2 km's down the mountain, the car wasn't locked so he got inside and passed out. 4 hours later he woke up and walked back to the top of the hill and we had already left lol. We totally forgot about him. That dude ended up walking the whole 14 km back home, true story lol. He didn't call his wife to come to get him because he didn't want to get in trouble, he got home at 6 am.
