He is a good player but I would not trade the farm for him or vastly overpay him.
I wouldn’t trade the 5th, Reinbacher or Hutson for him. The rest is on the table. And I have no issue paying him. We have two guys that makes 6.5m and 5.5m per year who are 30 and provide zero offensive potential. So paying a 25 year old with skill and a proven track record 7-8m per doesn’t bother me.

a team of NHL'ers vs a team with maybe 1 line worth of NHL'ers, yet we can't generate any offense 🤔

The Swiss have always given Canada a difficult time. I remember their win in 2006 - Martin Gerber with a 49 save shutout. Habs 1993 Cup legend Paul DiPietro with 2 goals.

ya i know of the history.. vs Latvia as well, it's still really sad to watch tho

but what do ya expect when Oleksiak is your TOI leader... i guess that's where they gain a big advantage, Oleksiak vs Josi..

2 really tough penalties in the final 4 minutes of the 3rd by the Swiss.

One delay of game for putting puck over glass. The other too many men.

Canada starts with 4 forwards.
