the thing is the full lineup will be better than what we have on the ice tonight. The question for me is whether MSL has the guts to press box gallagher. I know they won't waive him but god damn he needs to sit and come in as a relief. I think as a longtime hab and a team-first guy, Gally would do it.

I do expect some progress this year. but we should remember that going from absolute shit to shit is still progress haha

And yet, Gorton said that when they picked playeres real high, they have to have his 4 qualities at a really high level....
You must’ve missed Bobrov’s speech, which was absolute bonkers.

At that point the guys in the room had no place to go but Slaf. He was painted as this can’t fail superstar and national hero.

Seeing his eyes rolling around in his head a bit on the bench looked like the quiet room might be a good idea.
He seems to decide and go for it arbitrarily without reading the play a few times now. That D must have been like “hello, I’m right here?!? Eff it…” Boom.

Fighting people over a clean hit is hella lame

yup, but I can see why a rookie may want to stand out. That being said, Tavares freaks out over every clean hit too

Uhhh I don't know what you're watching, but Anderson got in there...

Guys, just because you hate someone doesn't mean you can pile shit on them you make up.

Anderson is a good top 9 player. 30 to 45 pts and can play up in the lineup if needed. At one point, we should appreciate the player as he is.

I haven't been paying much attention to training camp or too much of the preseason games but as even one of the Habs prospects and young players looked good at all?

Players don't have the advantage to watch a replay, they act on what they see, so it isn't.

Cause you shouldn't be as they did.

Hell they'd brawl over you just looking at their players.

Slaf still a work in progress but hey Tage Thompson took about 300 games to be the monster he is now! Not saying Slaf will be the same but some players need that 300 games to really see what they are

Man people love whining about prospects here. They think one meaningless game means Poehling will be a 1C or Greg Stewart will be our next great 4th line enforcer. No one can possibly fathom development taking time. He’s very clearly better than last year, but it’s not enough obviously. 39 total games, “he sucks”.
