I actually think that now you can't trade Miller or Pettersson during the season.

You aren't going to get anything good back.

Carolina got theirs. Rangers have been lowballing us for a month.

Hold on to both players until the summer and re-assess the offers when teams can make cap space.

It would be so on brand for the Canucks if Allvin and Rutherford decided to pull the trigger now (after it's already too late) and ended up with a lacklustre return.

calum ritchie and mikhail gulyayev are both top prospects and they have some other guys like zellers that are pretty good. i doubt crosby moves but the avs could put together a pretty good package

I have doubts about Miller waiving for Pittsburgh considering their future, but who knows maybe he only cares about going East.

Also I imagine Pittsburgh would want Pettersson over Miller in a deal that sends Crosby the other way
