It's a little strange seeing a team pull their goalie in a tie game, and watching the USA celebrate with their goalie a bit there at the end like they won the game

Obviously makes total sense, it's just a little weird to see

If the Slovakian coach isn't fired for this I don't know what I'll do, this is absurd incompetence. He wasted 30s of good time for pulling the goalie and Hudacek had to go off on his own because the idiot still wouldn't signal him.

Hopefully the team brings it in the quarterfinals. Not sure what the hell was up with them today. They've been solid throughout the tournament and laid an egg today. Very fortunate to be moving on. This effort sucked. Hopefully they actually come ready to play against the Czech Republic

It's totally meaningless. Slovaks are eliminated and the Americans finish fourth in Group B and will face the Czechs. This should be interesting to watch.

Sure Yanks dodged a bullet. BUT give those young, very young kids some credit...They had some glorious scoring chances in 3rd forcing Hudacek ( is it? ) to make glorious stops..

Sure it wasn't pretty...BUT in the end USA earned their QF date, and Czechs look beatable

It's amazing that the masses, commentators, even the goalie are more aware of what's going on than the head coach.

I'd assume that Hudacek is the one calling the timeout as well, doubt the coach has enough brain capacity for that task.
