He is a man. He is playing well. Wing could be a nice way to learn the NHL though.

Which was to be expected, the talent difference is so big

If we call it "conversion", considering he played plenty of C at juniors, at junior national teams, and some games in even Liiga.

This Kuusela guy has IMO been very bad. Constantly struggles with the puck and makes bad decisions. No clue why he was chosen to debut at this level at the age of 36.
