I'd rather watch any playoff game then what I have seen in this game so far, far faster and far less sloppy plays then what this game has showcased so far. Just way more action imo.Refreshing ice hockey after watching weeks of obstruction fest called playoff hockey.
Otherwise yes but he's 18 by 2 months ishLocation: Hockey's Future
Subject: 17 year old player from an european league dominating and manhandling top NHL veterans.
Yes.
To me, the big thing there is how they count the scoring twice. And how u-18 practice games also count for USNTDP stats. It's pretty weird, because no other player's u-18 practice games are even noted. Like Patrik Puistola had 7 points in 4 practice games, who cares? No one. But for American prospects those are in their USNTDP stats. As are WJC-u18 stats, so those are counted twice in general. Like with Caufield for example, great u-18s so now his club stats look ridiculous. When they should really be separate.I don't get the TSN thing with U.S hockey the last few years, I mean they showcase their games and everything all the time at tournaments now and everything, it's almost like they have 2 home teams now, it's weird and makes no sense, can you imagine a U.S sports station doing that for Canadian teams?
It's creepy. Having said that I still see no reason why Hughes shouldn't go number 1.
YesI gota TSN stream as back up in case the Finnish pbp guy get too annoying. Did they just air a "Justin Trudeau - Not as advertised" ad?
Yes
Saukkonen and 'McFlurry - Matt Murray, Äntöni Mäntä- Anthony Mantha'.. I don't get how he gets the job time after time again while ****ting the bed fully.
He's more of the same, I've heard his repertoire through fully. TSN is way better despite them butchering most of the names and especially the lesser known ones, although the commentator is the same every year and mostly knows reappearing players.Money gives you Mertsi thou....
I get what you are saying and I agree that there seems to be a tendency to overrate some USNTDP players these days, it seems like almost every player is "wow! he unreal" and little to no constructive criticism is allowed to be talked about with them. Still , they are churning out real good players at a rate I don't think we have seen from the U.S before so there is that.To me, the big thing there is how they count the scoring twice. On Hughes, I don't think it's an issue really, but I'm certain that several USNTDP players are getting overhyped this year.
Mertaranta said Kakko will go in the 2nd round. He meant the second pick obviously but sounded funny.Yes
