I just have a hard time believing you are regularly watching games with Craig Simpson (who I don't mind) and Greg Millen or whoever else but you find Ferraro particularly bad.

I've heard lots of criticism of Simpson but I feel like I hardly ever notice him

A guy like Ferraro is more noticeable and I happen to like him. But it's possible that others prefer less noticeable colour guys, which I suspect is the case here.

they aren't a big deal to me, i barely pay attention to the media as I just watch and make my own judgements.

What I know is that for me Ferraro never shuts up, does his job horribly and I tune him out both with my own internal mute button and by using the mute button on my remote control.
