This has to be the least impressive team Canada I have seen at the World Juniors since 1997-98, coincidentally that tournament was in Finland too. That team even managed to lose to Kazakhstan.

True, but this is one of the worst Canada teams I've seen in a while. Last years team would beat this team 10-0 without much effort. This years defence is pitiful and last year the top 3 lines were probably all more effective than the top line this year. The top 2 lines certainly were miles better than any line Canada has going right now.

When the problems are so universal, I usually look at coaching. There's tons of talent on TC, but they're all getting isolated and running out of room quickly.

Breakouts, entries, NZ setup etc. It all looks pretty damn bad.

Reminds me about how the Pens looked before the coaching change.

Barzal strome marner have all been invisible.. Canada needs those 3 to be scoring... I know peopke despise Virtanen but atleast he is crashing and banging which is his job.. scorers aren't doing their jobs at all

Get your eyes checked, or... be honest about having watched the game maybe? Konecny and Marner have been our best players.
