Holy shit wasn't expecting to see that. Vegas defensively does not look all that strong this year and their goaltending is crumbling as a result. Even before Hill got injured his game was falling off a cliff.

To be fair to Vegas, they had like 3 incredibly unlucky bounces on 3 of the goals. Regardless, eat shit Vegas

Haha I admit this was me on Wednesday night. Nice to see a bounce back game.

Struddy was right. Getting pumped by Dallas was the best thing for this team. Need to realize they're not as good as they think they are.

Good to see Kane get a pair.

Good to see Vegas completely implode in the 3rd to a non playoff team...

Too old. Lost his hands. Just wearing out his welcome in Edmonton like he always does wherever he goes. With my superior insight and expertise at reading body language I can tell Draisaitl and McDavid don’t want him on their lines. He’s just mailing it now. Another sad Holland retread that makes this club too old.

We all know who posted that trash.

Nice to see Kane pop a couple, but he still doesn’t seem to be too thrilled out there. Usually get a smile after he scores, but not tonight, even after breaking that long slump. Dunno, maybe it’s nothing.
I get the impression that the Oilers locker room has something about “being…playing…acting..
Mature” as that has popped up in some of the leaders’ interviews lately. Perhaps low-key cellies are tied to that. Dunno.

I'll never understand the morons who go on other team boards to yap. STFU.

I mean, I can at least kind of see it when it's to gloat (still lame as shit and annoying), but to be a yappy bitch and make excuses for their team losing...pathetic.

These are professional athletes, they can handle it. Also, the Oilers have the most compressed schedule in the league right now, so it's not like they're playing super rested.

Av fans wouldn't know that, brother.
Their team has been top 5 in getting PP's and top 5 of not getting penalties for several years. One of the league's most gifted teams by the officials so of course they'd whine like little bitches when the officiating doesn't go their way.

Remember three weeks ago when Colorado barely squeaked out a win against us in OT and this board had a collective meltdown? I remember. Turns out we can hang with them after all. What a dominant win.

Sean Walker was a team worst -4 as well.
This place is a case study in mental illness lol. So much hyperbolic over reactions to everything

Hopefully the full blown panic attackers feel dumb tonight. Team was absolutely fantastic tonight to a man. Ekholm and McDavid are monsters. Stus save shorthanded in the second was HUGE.

Playoffs baby.
Next game if oilers go down 1 to 0 they will be back again like clockwork

Viking carnage. AV's had no answer once that happened. I think the AV's were pretty tired but credit to Oilers to really taking it to them tonight and not letting up.

We seem like a different team at home.

With Vegas getting blown out by Yotes (lol) this means we have 2nd locked up and outside chance at first.
Avs had very little energy and the back to back definitely affected them. EDM did not get even close to the Avs' best tonight but hey, they took advantage of it and blew them out of the water.

Draisaitl was again absolutely awful. Outside of the end of the game when he walked the defender and drew a penalty he didn't do much else. Missed two wide open nets from McDavid serving it to him on a silver platter on the PP and he had multiple giveaways again where when he gets heavily pressured he panics and just blindly throws it away and doesn't make the simple play. Hopefully he actually shows up in the playoffs because McDavid can't do it all by himself and they need him.

Still prefer playing the Kings over the Golden Knights in the playoffs.
Who wouldn't? Vegas even though they haven't been very good since the all star break at all are built for playoff hockey. The Kings will go only as far as their 1-3-1 will carry them.
