I think it could, but the team needs a coaching change badly. The defensive structure is absolute trash and just the entire way the team has played for years. A new coach with a different coaching philosophy and system would boost a lot of this team and punt the players Sullivan has over used for bizarre reasons.

I don't think his value could rebound unless and until he wins some clutch games (of which the Pens have none remaining this season). And I'm dubious he won't be the same old anti-clutch Jarry early next season when the games matter at least for a month or two.
