Lol that new guy is already on line 2? Sullivan is looking to tank without saying he's looking to tank.

4-1 Vegas, Crosby the only goal on PP assisted by Malkin and Karlsson.

Sullivan thinks Cybertrucks are cool and that's the meanest thing I can say about a person, I think.

Without getting banned.

I don't think that's possible unless somehow Crosby and EK get stuck out there for second unit. Maybe Hayes can assist on it, instead since he's PP1 material on this team evidently.

Unless I missed something. I didn't even know EK was back on PP1

Since the Pens aren't making the playoffs anyways, obviously the best coach in hockey is going to try new system changes in preparation for next season.

Unfortunately it's a hockey night in Pittsburgh tonight.

Mike wouldn't know what respect meant even if it was battered, deep fried, glazed and sold at Dunkin'
Mike respects Boston and grinder and if you don't check those two boxes you gotta earn it from him*

*some players never earn it like Malkin who Sully still doesnt respect despite two cup wins and countless mvp-caliber performances

Hey Andy I can't tell... are you rooting for this team to lose every game?

You're being awfully coy about it.
A part of me is trying not to do that because I know the second I want it to happen Jarry will pitch like 10 shutouts in a row out of spite.

It sure would be swell if the Pens got a decent pick this year though

I'm not that stoked about probably JUST missing out on a useful pick in a shit draft but I won't ick ya'lls yum I guess.

If this were next year... much different vibe.

How do they f*** up Jarry's stats on their own feed?

0.888sv%? It's 0.890%.

If Jars did that they can at least trade him easier in the off season, so there's that if he went on that kind of tear lol.

But I'm all for seeing him lose 2-1 the rest of the way. It'll boost his stats but also show Sullivan for the massive fraud he's been for a while.

Funny part is I think McKenna is potentially way under what people have him projected as and the WHL is just a weak league.

If he goes to the NCAA and produces I’ll trust him.

Yeah the ideal would be Jarry playing well down the stretch but losing a bunch of tough ones.

I wonder if even that would repair his value though. I think we're stuck with him unless Dubas entertains the idea of a buyout. Maybe he could be dealt with retention but I'm not even sure about that one tbh.

Malkin with a healthy scratch worthy back hand pass to no one behind the Pens net

It's weird. I get anxiety watching Ned now and suddenly Jarry is the one that is playing reliable currently. For now. For the last 66 minutes I guess.

It always seems like a few players end up dramatically boosting their draft stock in their draft year as well. Who knows what happens in that regard in the McKenna/Dupont drafts.

I think it would repair his status to other teams to take a chance. Because a goalie that battles back from adversity and finishes the season with a huge boost in his numbers even with a shit team in front of him being a lottery pick team, a team will take a chance.

The thing for me is if he does go and put up good numbers but still loses, Dubas could then just retain 1m/yr as it'd be cheaper than a buyout and move him. Thats the goal. Everyone on this board should be praying for this outcome.

A buyout will be brutal. Also maybe then you only explore a buyout for Graves.

They definitely did not come to play tonight like every night.
Fixed it for you.
