When a goalie turns the puck over, it's always BAD because it's directly on the goalie and not only does it create the goal, it creates the shot on goal altogether.
But that Larkin goal on Vasilevskiy was a REAL bad one. It was almost identical to the goal Schneider allowed to Carrier against Vegas 3 years ago and that was definitely one of the top-5 softies of the entire season in 18-19. Maybe even top-3. But the Schneider one was a bit worse than the one Vasilevskiy allowed, because Schneider's dropped out of his glove and underneath him and into the net. With that one on Vasilevskiy, it dropped and laid in the crease and Larkin put it in.
I removed the part of my brain where all my memories of 2009 were stored. Was 100% worth it! My ability to walk and my sense of smell is gone... but I barely used them anyways.Your willingness to relive these horrific moments for NJ goaltending tells me you are very smart to recall them in such detail but a masochist to recall them in such detail. Most normal people would have found some way to repress those memories like hypnotism, prescription medication, or perhaps removing the part of the brain where the memory is stored.
did this on mute for obvious reasons
1. weak wrister let in short side top of circle underarm….. sawft as f***
2. open wrister from point beaten clean unscreened blocker……a joke……..saw saw saft!
3. down early but that dont matter….the puck goes right through his body just off the slot…..yes, a wrister. …….so so soft
4. a tough bounce with your d-man screening you with his ass in your face
5. a JUICY! rebound to set up the trigger man on the opposite side on the PK….. not soft per se ….but terrible goaltending ….. you cant set up the guy like that …to0 f***ing easy
It's Rick Jeanneret. That's just how he sounds. It's his trademark. Why does that man sound like he’s going in and out of puberty?
Softy of the night is this Evan Bouchard goal on Stolarz
that bruins/flyers game has nothing but bad defence……goalies got screwed
i saw no softie
I thought the first goal on Swayman was a weak one. I wasn’t completely paying attention to the entire game, but I didn’t see any other ones I’d mark stoppable beyond that, but I did miss a couple goals.that bruins/flyers game has nothing but bad defence……goalies got screwed

Softy of the night is this Cam Atkinson goal on Jeremy Swayman
Goals against review for Wednesday night’s games
Bruins vs Flyers: 5 goals against Swayman, 2 stoppable. 3 goals against Jones, no chance on any.
Blues vs Golden Knights: 1 goal against Binnington, no chance. 2 goals against Lehner, no chance on either.
So that’s 11 goals scored on goalies, 2 are stoppable. That’s 18% of the goals scored were stoppable. Combined save percentages were .924%.
My reasoning for not marking him with a goal stoppable on that is because Hall was at close range when he shot it and it didn't go through him or beat him from a bad angle. I did wanna nail Jones on that on the first watch, but upon replay, Hall was just too close. Almost dead center and close to the doorstep when he unloaded that.Granted it was a breakaway, but what the hell was Jones doing on that Hall goal. He basically sunk into the net so early like he was a shooter tutor.
